Excerpt - (AP) A tour bus carrying bluegrass artist Ricky Skaggs from a performance at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival struck and killed a man Friday night, authorities said. The bus was traveling south on Interstate 24 about a mile from the exit for the festival when the man stepped onto the highway, said Melissa McDonald, spokeswoman for the Tennessee Department of Safety.
